Ring material,was nice. Very difficult to read the name on ring unless is right light..

Got the wrong size. Had a hard time getting in touch with them. Still haven't responded or tried to fix the problem. Will never order from them again.
This customer was upset because I did not reply to her initial email until after Thanksgiving (I was spending the holidays with my family as my father has terminal cancer). She claimed she received the wrong ring size and was asked to send back the ring with a prepaid label (that was emailed to her) so I could verify that it was indeed the incorrect size...if it was an error on our part, we would have sent out a replacement ring right away. However, the customer never sent back the ring she received even though the label was already purchased and sent to her.
