Jane does give us two full weeks for processing (from the time the deal ends) due to the high volume of orders received during the deal and they each have to be personalized and engraved. I do see that your order did ship a few days ahead of schedule and did arrive within the advertised two weeks.
This is a cute bracelet, and is very comfortable to wear. I bought it in the heart pattern. I love the birthstones representing my children's birthdays.

The only reason for only 1 star is that I never received the rings I ordered. My account on Jane says they were delivered in my mailbox yesterday, but I did not receive the package.
I was in contact with the customer and did confirm that she did receive her order after this review. USPS mistakenly marked it as delivered as it showed up a few days later.
Love this ring!!! Doesn’t turn, ink stays (even though I wash my hands and shower with it on)!!! Second one I’ve ordered in over a year. Highly recommend.
