I ordered two gold saguaro studs and received two silver ones instead.
I have yet to receive these. They haven't even processed the order and it has been months. I tried contacting the seller with no luck. Don't buy from them.
Much larger “tiny studs” than expected.....returned
They’re really flimsy and super cheap, and I couldn’t even use them because the back of the earring was stuck and i couldn’t get it off. Don’t waste your money.
The finish came off the earring. It wasn’t in good condition. Disappointed. I wasted 6 bucks.
I ordered and paid for 3 paw earrings and 2 infinity earrings. I received only 1 of each. There was not an explanation in the package nor a reply to an email sent directly to Mub. I do like the earrings that I received, just not enough of them.

I received my earrings yesterday and the post is bent to the earring. I emailed the seller.

Money from my account was immediately withdrawn, but status was at “Processing” for over a month. Took way too long to ship and didn’t reply to any of my emails until I got the Jane support involved. Even then it was days later and they acted like nothing was wrong. No apology. When I finally got the earrings, they are not like the quality the pictures show. The material looks like straight up metal just cut off from a machine. I’m afraid of what infections I will get, so after over a month since purchasing, I can’t even wear them.

I never received this item and have yet to hear back from the seller. I have been bounced around between Jane and Route and told to contact both for a partial refund for something I never received. This was to be a Christmas gift and I never heard anything back.
I ordered two pairs of earrings on December 12th. I've not yet received them. I've emailed the seller multiple times, without any response.
Ordered the open circle earrings and was looking forward to them. Emailed seller who asked for proof and a picture, which I sent immediately. No further response from seller and I have followed up twice politely. The pair that did arrive appears to be of good quality, just not my style :(
The earrings sent are not the right color. Order sheet says silver, got gold. Emailed the company and no response. Got them to give as a gift but they don't match the silver necklace. Sad.
