Love them!

I was not expecting the ring to be so thin and fragile. I can bend it with my bare fingers. That is the unfortunate aspect of shopping on line. You don't get to feel the quality before you order. Not pleased.

Very nice and as pictured. Arrived fairly quickly. Very nice.

Two of the rings I ordered were supposed to be the same size but weren’t. I didn’t know these were made in China, I thought they were handmade here.

Contacted seller once the ship date came and went. The response was that 1 of the 2 items were out of stock. Asked to send the one in stock, after 2 weeks no response, no items, and no refund.

Love this ring. Just wish the oval was rounded over the top instead of flat.

Didn’t ship in expected time frame, sat as “pre shipping” for well over a week. Tried emailing company twice, no response where package was. Got jane involved to resolve and was only then finally shipped. Don’t expect a response from them if you have issues even though they encourage you to email them with problems.

Update: I have now been emailing for weeks about this issue. At first, Monique replied to my first email asking for photos. I sent them within an hour of her email and heard nothing. I have now emailed 6 times and have heard nothing. I tried replying to the email address that emailed me and tried the address shown on their website. Stone fell out while washing hands after only wearing it a few times within 3 weeks of receiving it.
