Contacted seller once the ship date came and went. The response was that 1 of the 2 items were out of stock. Asked to send the one in stock, after 2 weeks no response, no items, and no refund.

Ring was received completely smashed and broken.

Too thin & runs small. I ordered a 5, but it's closer to a 4.

I ordered this in early September and still have not received it. I tried contacting the company and there was no response. Very unhappy. Jane should remove them as a vendor. Too many bad complaints.

Received rings yesterday and within one hour of me wearing it, it broke. They are beautiful but really!?

I actually think this ring is adorable, but the first time I wore it it got caught on my clothing and pulled apart and bent. Now I can't wear it. I am going to contact seller to see if they will replace bc it is adorable.
