the band itself is nice but i needed larger size. i tried to communicate with the seller but it was awful. first email response from them was after almost 3 days after my initial email and only because Jane customer service got involved. then my next response to them went unanswered so i was offered a refund by Jane. they were on top of it, seller not so much

Should be no stars! I ordered this ring which was never sent and after they finally contacted me back about it (after I got Jane’s customer service on it). They were suppose to give me a full refund, which still hasn’t happen.

I still have not received my rings. I ordered three weeks ago. I received a message two weeks ago that said it shipped but never received them. I’ve emailed the company but never heard back. Very upset that I paid for something that I never received.

I have not ever received my item I've placed other orders with this seller, and those have been received with no issue I've emailed the seller twice and haven't ever received a response I can't recommend this seller

I give this product/store 0 stars My ring was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago & I still haven't received it I reached out to the shop & they told me to wait & see if I got it later on before they can do anything else I waited & nothing Wrote the shop & was ignored This is bad business & terrible customer service I just want a refund & they are refusing to give it to me

I previously ordered and loved a band, then re-ordered 2 more bands and never received. Emailed twice with no response, Jane however responded quickly and issued a refund.
