I ordered 3 rings for gifts. Only 2 items arrived in the package. No packing slip was included. I emailed the vendor twice over the span of 6 days, but received no response. I contacted Jane.com who emailed the vendor asking for a response. Another 2 days later and no response. Although the rings are pretty, the customer service is unacceptable.
