I ordered this ring a month ago and I still never received it. I emailed the company asking if he hasn’t shipped yet, which it hasn’t, just to cancel my order.

I have tried to contact this seller 3 times and no response. I want to return this item because the quality is awful! I want my money back!

Ordered a size 8, packaging said it was a size 8 but got a size 10 or 11. Can't wear it at all. Very disappointed, bought this as a gift for my daughter.

Sent the wrong product and won’t return emails to resolve issue. Waste of money. Don’t buy.

I ordered 3 rings for gifts. Only 2 items arrived in the package. No packing slip was included. I emailed the vendor twice over the span of 6 days, but received no response. I contacted Jane.com who emailed the vendor asking for a response. Another 2 days later and no response. Although the rings are pretty, the customer service is unacceptable.

The rings I ordered were too small, so I contacted the seller and sent them back for an exchange. It has been a month, and I've gotten no response from the seller on the status of my exchange despite follow-up emails. Very disappointing.

In person it looks cheap.

Would have been nice to receive some sort of notice this item shipped like I do with many of the other sellers from Jane. It supposedly arrived 2 weeks ago but I didn’t get it and since I never received notice it shipped, I wasn’t checking the general package area. Too late to file a claim with the shipping company.

LOVED the ring but after wearing it a week or so, the band is already beginning to bend...

One tiny stone (not the opal) has fallen out already

Beautiful ring but ordered a size 8 so I could wear it in my thumb and it’s no bigger than a size 6. I would def order a size or two bigger

The ring fit perfectly and the actual metal and small diamond like stones look so well made. The center stone looks a little cheap though.

It is a beautiful ring. But I was reading the comments to order a size up and I did and the ring is a little to big. Even if I put it on my thumb, it is loose. So I wonder if there is a difference between people’s orders.

Fits well and looks cute, but it does look a touch on the cheap side but you get what you pay for!
