Broke second day. A pearl fell off when I was wearing it on the second day😔

Did not receive the item, and Jane has refused to contact me regarding same.
Very pretty ring but runs about one size smaller. Got an 8 and I measured it and it’s a 7. Doesn’t fit on the finger I wanted to wear it on. Also the soldering of the ring to the back of the opal is shoddy. Looks like it’s going to separate any minute. 😢
