When I contacted the seller she immediately sent out the missing second pair and included a bonus pair of sparkly studs. I got the little Rudolph, Santa's and Christmas trees. The detail is amazing!! I have sensitively to metal earrings but never have trouble with these. The rubber backs hold them securely in place.
