Monogram came with hole in it. Want refund after waiting months to receive new one. Still no refund.
The customer was issued a replacement decal in a timely manner despite her being unable to return the damaged item which is a part of our replacement policy. We don't want our name tied to a product that doesn't meet our or our customer's standards being used.
