Vinyl didn’t stay on. Thought it would be a screen print.
Great quality, super cute!
Was not happy with how the font was. Last letter was higher than the rest of name. When asked if it could be redone or a refund, I was told I could pay for another.
As we have already discussed multiple times, the font that you chose does not sit on a middle line, but instead "bounces" with letters above and below the middle line. This characteristic is what gives this font a fun, playful nature and most likely why you chose this font in the first place when you saw it in the font choices. Due to the texture of your stocking, I don't think that I would be able to move the letter down and it look good. I think you would still be unhappy with how it turned out as it would look obvious that something was changed. We are more than happy to correct mistakes that we make but you not liking a font that you picked isn't our mistake. I understand that you're frustrated but we shouldn't be expected to send you a new stocking because you didn't like the font that you picked. Additionally, as Jane has explained to you, because the item is personalized, there are no refunds or exchanges. This is very clearly stated in their terms and conditions when you agree to purchase an item and also stated in the description of the stockings.
Turned out cute and true to size once I finally got the shirt. Had to wait too long for the product because she had to order a new shirt then she needed to order more vinyl to make the shirt.
As promised. Cute. Shipping took a bit.

It’s a cute shirt but I think the size of the lettering is too small for the shirt. I got it for my daughters softball team but wish the lettering was easier to see and read

So I’m still waiting on the shirt I ordered. The seller advised me to mail back the wrong shirt. I put it in the mail 5 days ago and emailed seller and she has yet to respond to when I will receive the correct one. Just very frustrating- it’s been weeks since I placed this order 👎🏼
Hi, Mady! You shipped the shirt on the 9th and we shipped out the new shirt on the 10th. We sent you an email with the new tracking number. I will send you the screenshot that shows that it has been already delivered.
