Blanket is very soft but I was very disappointed in the personalization...it looks like stickers. I thought it was embroidered

Really poor quality even the name being added on was almost like a sticker. It wasn't put on straight and two letters even overlapped. It feels like it could fall apart in my hands.

I ordered a large purple shirt that was supposed to say Aviators in white sparkle. I recieved a maroon shirt that says Blazers. I emailed the company but haven't gotten a response. How do I fix this?

I ordered these adorable shirts for my daughter and me. Shipping was delayed due to weather (understandable). I reached out to the seller, and I never heard back from her. When the shirts came, mine came with a huge hole in the sleeve on the seam. Such a disappointing first Jane purchase:(. I loved the design and was so excited for them.

I ordered an extra large shirt. Recvd a small. Contacted company haven't gotten any response. Please be cautious when ordering from this company....you can order the correct size and still get wrong size. And terrible customer service

Vinyl didn’t stay on. Thought it would be a screen print.

The seller reached out to me and said my print wouldnt work. Then asked if there was something else I could get printed instead. I replied no that it was for a gift and I didnt need it if it wouldn't work and just refund me. I have emailed 3 times and not a reply.....

Never received this item. I saw where it was shipped and the postal service said it was delivered on October 7th but I never got it. I did receive another package from Jane.com on October 7th in my mailbox but not the shirt I ordered.

The letters aren't as big as they appear in picture. Over priced for what I received. Could buy locally for much less.
