**Updated Review** The company contacted me the same day they saw my review, apologizing for the stained bag and asked if I could send them pictures. They understood that I was leaving town for Thanksgiving and wanted to see what they could do. I didn't expect anything - I just wanted to make them aware they might have a quality control issue. After emailing a few pics, they emailed back that very same day to let me know they were shipping me a new bag, overnight, they were trying to make sure I received it before I left town. My new bag arrived yesterday morning (the day before Thanksgiving), and it's absolutely perfect! Now THIS is customer service that you don't come across very often - I never once contacted them directly, they take the time to read their customers reviews to ensure their customers are happy. They went above and beyond to get me a new bag before Thanksgiving. I plan on ordering from them again (even though I just bought a purse, I will be looking for their future deals and buying their products for gifts, extra purses, whatever I can think of). I cannot remember the last time I received such great customer service! *Original Review* I ordered the light grey bag and it would be perfect except there's a huge brown stain (covering about 10-12 inches) on one side of the bag. I cannot figure out how to remove it, it's almost like a light rust stain embedded into the leather/pleather, whatever the bag is made out of (it's not from the metal MK chain - that was sealed in plastic and that's on the other side of the bag). Unfortunately, I'm going out of town for Thanksgiving and I don't have time to deal with returning this item. Looks like I'll be donating this item.
