Cheap plastic looking, and smelled really bad like burnt plastic
Beautiful! I love this tote - perfect size and well made. I have purchased several purses from this brand and have always been very pleased.
Love this crossbody purse. It has a slot for each card, and my phone fits perfectly.
I was disappointed with the size and have difficulty adjusting the straps so that it could be used as a cross body.
Most aggravating zippers ever!

Nice purse. The shoulder strap was really hard to adjust. I thought I might break it when trying to make it longer.
Made of excellent quality materials and will hold up well under constant travel abuse.
The add makes it look like the purse has enough room to put a regular size phone and other stuff inside. When I got the purse I put my regular size not to big cell phone into it And nothing else. I could hardly get the purse to close when I called to complain they said that it’s leather and it would stretch, even if it did you still couldn’t fit anything else in there. I wanted to return them because this is false advertising, they said I could return them but I would have to pay shipping which I don’t think that is fair when they sold me a defective item. I will not order anything from Jane again.
