Used it twice and the buckle to the strap broke. Unable to send a pic as that is not an option.

Just received my purse today and it came with a pretty big stain on it. I'm really disappointed because I was really looking forward to giving this as a gift. I have already emailed the owner about possibly exchanging it (prayers the color I have hasn't sold out yet) because I don't want to return it for a refund. I will if I have to because the stain is way too noticeable. Just heart broken because I was so excited about this purchase.
