Love the color and style of this purse. It is compact and has several pockets. Nice!

I carried this purse 2 hours and a strap broke with a small make up bag and credit credit card wallet....it's a piece of Junk..so disappointed!!! I want a refund!!!

I absolutely love this bag - the color, the size, the details - but the handle broke within the first week of using the bag. I will be seeking a refund.

First day and my handle broke already.

I purchased this Satchel as a gift for Christmas as of today 2/10/21 two straps have broken on this merchandise and it is useless since you can not carry a pocketbook with broken straps. I would not have wasted my money on purchasing this merchandise especially if I had known the quality of this product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!

Had it less than 2 weeks and the rings holding the purse straps on kept breaking

Pretty satchel, but hardware came off both bags within less than 3 weeks. Lost one set. I contacted seller directly and received no response. I’m still trying to find a comparable replacement for the hardware. I will not be shopping at Jane anymore. Good luck shoppers! Rita S

Haven't received my order seller e-mailed me they do not have my handbag color after they did their inventory have to choose different color which was not really what i wanted

I love that it is vegan leather and the light blue color is gorgeous. I gave it less than 5 stars because it does not open very wide and the inside dividers are small. Still, I hope for more vegan choices for all of us animal lovers who still like the look of leather without the cruelty.

I love it. I just wish it would have another zipper pocket to separate the large inside. Otherwise it’s great and so beautiful!!
