This item was order 2 months ago and I still have not received it. I’ve contacted the seller several weeks ago and have yet to receive a response.

Ordered this product on 10/20/20 and still haven't received it. Have emailed 3 times and haven't heard back. Would not recommend.

The socks sent are not what I purchased at all. Completely wrong colors.

I ordered assortment A thinking I was choosing the colors in the picture. Received completely different colors. Emailed seller and have not received a response.

I purchased the assortment A because it had more neutral colors in the pack but multiple pairs of the socks had bright red lines around the tops of the socks. If that is how the socks were supposed to be the picture should be updated to reflect the product.

Took forever, so I canceled it and they messaged me back that they would send them out that day. When I received them they felt nice, but they were not as tall as I was expecting. Also they don’t stay up, I would not have bought them if I saw them in the store.

I like the socks But I got several different colors than what I actually chose and some of them just aren't very cute

The stripe colors at the top of the socks did match match the photos. Also, not as tall as I expected.

I thought they were a good deal and they are quality socks but very scratchy

Socks are super comfy and cute but half the socks I received were different colors than pictured. They have red bands at the top. No red ones pictured and not nearly as cute. Love the other 4 though

Only 4 pair of the socks are the colors shown in the photo. Disappointed in the other colors.

These are good socks, but would not say they are THERMAL for warmth.

I was looking forward to getting these. Shipping took one day to get to me however shipping them out took over a week. And when I got them the colors were not like the ones in the picture. I got one pink instead of two burgundy. The colors were not the same.

Updating my review: my first shipment was returned for for some reasons Customer service took a couple days to reply but they promptly resent the package

Got multiple colors. 3 blk/red combo.

I bought the light grey bundles. And the only issue I had was I thought they would be white and light grey like the pic. but when I got them they have a yellowish tint where the white is. but they are very comfortable and cozy and warm. very very warm. but not too thick either.
