only received it yesterday, turn around time was quick. Haven't used it much yet, but seems to do what it says it will do.

These will not stay charged longer than 15 minute. Guess it’s true- you get what you pay for!

One of the ear buds does not work, and I have yet to hear back about a replacement.

Poor customer service. No response when I emailed them twice to let them know my left earbud did not work. The right only worked for 28 minutes on a full charge. Look nice, but overall very disappointing.

Can only pair one ear bud at a time. Only last about an hour with a full charge.

I purchased several of these for myself and family members. The left one has never worked for me, and the rest of my family has all had complaints, too. I'm disappointed because I thought I was saving money...sometimes you get what you pay for and this is one of those 'sometimes'.

Can't get them to work and the directions are horribly written. Waste of money.

Only giving 1 star bc can't send review without..I received my earbuds and the box and earbuds were smashed to the point they are trash… I reached out to the seller multiple times and I haven't heard back since I sent pics of the damage… Do not recommend at all!

Ordered pink ear buds received blue. Contacted seller and no response. Jane needs to fix issues like this when the seller is not selling accurate items and doesn’t respond to emails.

The shipping was extremely fast. Its very hard to find earbuds that can fit my husbands ears. These fit perfect. However, the very first time he used them the right one wouldn't work. We followed the instructions and troubleshooted online, but it still won’t work. They both also won't hold a charge.

I cannot get them to charge fully. I charged for 2 days, left one worked for about 5 minutes and the right one would never come on before it went dead. Messaged seller and got no response! Do not recommend!!

Poor sound quality and doesn't hold charge long.

I order 2 pairs of these, one for me and one for a gift. The one I for me doesn’t hold a charge. The left one dies after about 10 minutes and the right one after about 20. That’s after charging them overnight with the provided charger. I emailed the seller about it several days ago and haven’t received a response. Not impressed with the product or the customer service.

Not bad for $10, does not hold a charge to last through two sessions of Google Meet calls though.
