The example shown had no personalization so I left it blank... came saying love, maybe . Completely unwearable. Horrible customer service

Hello, the personalization section was not left blank, as can be seen on your receipt. We printed the name that was in the personalization section exactly as it was written. Unfortunately with a high volume of orders coming in all at once, we are unable to double check with customers on names before printing. In the listing description, customers are asked to leave the personalization box blank or simply write "N/A" if you wish to not have it personalized. Thank you.

I am giving a 2 as one of the shirts I ordered was perfect and I like it but the other shirt looks misspelled. I reached out to the seller and after a follow up email I received the response that she will not replace the shirt. My daughter's name is Quinley but the shirt looks to be spelled Qfuinley or even Fuinley - can't tell what the first letter script is. Seller will not replace as she claims it's the font and spelled correctly. If you aren't provided a picture of the fonts, I would not purchase if you have unique letters like Q in your kid's name.
