The product itself was fine. However, the customer service for this specific vendor was less than desirable. I ordered a size large sweatshirt, and upon receiving it realized it would be too big for the person I purchased it for. So I inquired about exchanging the sweatshirt and was given instructions on how to do so. I did exactly as the instructions stated, but when the vendor received the exchange they assumed it was a return. Then I inquired again about the exchange and was told they would give me a $5 off coupon to order off of the vendor's website. However, after paying for return shipping for the exchange, I would then have had to pay shipping again and the item was more money on the vendor's website. I was very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.
