I love the pillow covers. They are good quality. I would definitely order from this vendor again.

Poor communication. Emailed for delivery status and was told they take the full 2 weeks to get into mail. The tracking number provided says delivered however I never received and they haven't returned my emails.
Thank you for your purchase. Because we are a handmade seller JANE allows us 14 days to sew/press/package and ship all orders. Usually we ship ahead of the ship-by date. I'm sorry there's no way for us to know that you didn't actually receive your order if the ship status states "Delivered." A free replacement has been sent, as stated in the follow-up email.
