The product is what I expected and good quality The bag doesn't have anything to hang it from...

You will find that the twill loop is sewn into the top hem. Just take a peek *inside* the dispenser and you will see it is there. :) Note: we followed up with the customer, explaining that the loop is flat when packaged, and on occasion gets "missed."
