I was happy with the product but it took almost a month to receive my order. I emailed the seller twice to find out when I could expect it but never received a response.

It seems we have failed you, though, as there may have been a lack of communication by us...our apologies. Upon checking, it looks like we shipped your order within the promised timeline and you received delivery within 16 days of ordering. NOTE TO ALL JANE CUSTOMERS: We have found that some Jane customers are not aware that handmade items are allowed a 14 day production/ship time (once the deal has finished).
