The product is fine, but the customer service from the seller is terrible. I tried contacting them 3 times and have not received a response.

Find else where to buy this. While the company was nice to work with after i told them i never recieved it. It was out of their hands and started my route claim. Route who jane.com goes through gave the option to resend the item, but then told me it was a "Glitch" and only offer to refund through paypal. Thats ridiculous. So now im out the purse i wanted, jumped through hoops to get a refund after thinking i would get the item resent.

Was cute but the material looked like fleece in the picture. When I got it, it was more like a fur texture. But the seller was great about letting me return it.

There are no photos of the back. Mine says Seafood Lovers rather large and under that it says “Only From Heaven. Real cute front, real confused about the back. I don't really like seafood.

Product arrived as described. Nice and soft, and It has a couple front interior pockets and a pocket in the back. Shipping was slow, but communication would've been fine. Still love the bag!

Quality of the bag is nice; the brown is much darker than pictures show. In my opinion the brown and gray together looks odd, but overall it's nice looking. One thing you should know is that the top of the bag does not zip edge to edge in an "air" tight fit. There is a gap of about 1/2"-1" on each side (like a suspended zipper section in the middle) which will make it possible for things to possibly fall out. Things like pens/make up sticks/coins would definitely fall through at the wrong angle. Everything will need to be bagged or secured into the zipper pockets etc.

The bag is beautiful and functional. The shipping was HORRIBLE! Took over 6 weeks to get.

Great quality. Just a little bigger than I anticipated. Working out great so far though.
