This bag is exactly what I have been looking for! Great size and durability. I was not sure about the interior but it is great! Inside there is a deep zippered pocket and on the other side, 2 open pockets. On the outside there is a large zippered pocket in between the cloth and vegan leather part. I feel like I should buy another one as a back up, that’s how much I love this purse!

I didn’t receive the bag I ordered

I have not received my order. Tracking will not update.

purchased on 1/7/22. today is 1/25/22 with NO update on a shipping date but the money was deducted from my account on 1/10/22. item shows still processing.

The bag was a little smaller than I expected. That’s not the reason for the low star. When I emailed to see what the return policy was I never received an email back I have emailed 3 times and have not heard anything back. I will not be buying from this vendor again. 

I ordered 2 purses and only one shipped. I cannot get the seller to reply to email or Jane to respond. These were gifts that won’t be here in time although I ordered in time.

I have not received the proper item which I ordered and not being successful in contacting person whom what I received came from. I'd like to return and have my money back.
