Let me start by saying- I absolutely love the look of the bag as well as the concept of use (it definitely holds a lot and I really love the printed design). However- there is one flaw in the design. To secure the metal support brackets in place there is not enough length of velcro! For the price (which was way more than I thought it should be) I expect a well designed product. I will likely sew on additional length of velcro to make it work for me.
