Great quality, thicker material

Ordered the Classic Font in a Pink Jacket and expected letters all to be same size AS SHOWN on the Boys Blue Jacket as well as written out on the advertisement. Contacted shop via e-mail! They are arguing that the Girls initials in the Classic font has a bigger letter in the center. That is fine, but they did NOT specify it on the sales page or the photos shown, so how was I supposed to know! They will not fix it for me and I am very disappointed!
