The towels look great, but the monograms were completely wrong. When I inquired, the response was basically that I hadn't read the instructions and entered them in wrong. There was no indication that they were willing to work with me to get a useable product. So I am stuck with towels that I can't give to anyone. I didn't expect a free replacement, but I would have appreciated some better service and a willingness to help me reorder to get them corrected.

😁Do not order from this vendor! I ordered 4 monogramed baseball hats and all four are of poor quality!!! The letters are off centered with gathers between the thread and material very unprofessional!!! They will not give me a refund on these hats! So sad Jane has vendors like this on their site😞
