First off, the monogram was the wrong color. I ordered blue hydrangea and got dark brown. After asking about this several times she basically put it on me saying I changed my mind but that was regarding the actual pullover color. She never bothered to clarify and/or fix the issue. Secondly, the jacket is see through and terrible quality. Finally, the package was open when the mail service got it and so did I. I addressed this also... and she did not care. I don’t recommend a seller who doesn’t care about the clothes and quality of product she sells. And when I tried several times to resolve the issue, she basically put it back on me. Not cool. I will take this up with Jane. She had every opportunity to make this right and didn’t.

Top is too big, not true to size

Material is falling apart and very thin. Collar is small and if you button it up, it goes above your eyes

I ordered two holiday hand towels and only received one. I have emailed the seller and no response. Not very pleased.

The embroidery turned out well. My son has sensory issues so the cat & jack brand shirt was a perfect texture.

This shirt looks adorable on. They're a little smaller, I got them for Christmas gifts and bought a size up but had to give them more because I'm afraid they'll outgrow then fast.

Adorable! My granddaughter wanted to wear it right away!
