Pretty bummed about the customer service. I take full responsibility, it was my fault that I selected the wrong print, but when I contacted the company looking to order one in the print I expected to be receiving, I got no sympathy and then no response. Guess I won’t be buying a new bag after all.
Carries everything we need for a day at the pool! Very cute and sturdy.
Very disappointing. It arrived not even the print that I ordered. Then I went back to look and noticed the print delivered to me wasn't even an option you could choose when ordering a tote. I ended up returning and buying one from a different person.
