This is my second jacket purchased from this seller, but the quality has changed for the worse. This jacket is much thinner than the initial one.

Received my tumblers and the name I had ordered has 8 letter, but they only included the first 5. It did not say there was a letter limit, and the picture shows a name with 8 letters. I emailed customer service, and no one even replied. Really disappointed in the product and the service.

If I could leave a negative star I would. It took forever for the order. The cups are much smaller then I expected, the letters of the name are stickers!!! STICKERS HOW LONG DO YOU THINK THAT WILL LAST WITH A TODDLER!! And the stickers are not even in line. My grandson could have put his letters on better then them.

It has been over a month since the order was place, and only one response from vendor stating they would check on order weeks later, still no update or response to 5 emails being sent!!!

These are really cute but the vinyl was coming off of them when I received them and I’ve sent 2 emails with no response.

I ordered on 4/18/18 & it is now 5/16/18 & I still have not received

Received the wrong font.I contacted the seller they apologized and said they would send the correct font on a new cup. A month later the cup still hasn’t shown up and a second attempt to reach them was no use and they didn’t give me any kind of tracking code for the replacement cup. Unfortunately I DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with this seller!!!!

Unfortunately I was quite disappointed with this item. I ordered two cups. The name was not centered on the cup and crooked. The letters looked chipped or the font appeared to have the letters look chipped on the other cup. The dot on the i was not above the bottom part of the i. It looked like a 5 year old put the names on the cups. I reached out to the seller with images and they thought it appeared to be acceptable. I would not recommend ordering this item from this seller.

Horrible customer service. My order didn't ship until a month after it said it would. When I did receive it, there was no straw. I then contacted them to see if I could get one sent to me, I finally talked to them after 3 weeks of trying to get in contact with them. They said they would send me a straw, cool thanks! After 2 weeks going by and not recieving one, I emailed them again to see if I was going to get one sent or should I just go buy one. They said they sent one just forgot to apply a tracking number and that they'd send another. I get an email showing that they sent one, just not to me. Anyways, over this company, never again.

Never got my order in time. I tried to email and send messages to the owner and she would never return any emails or phone calls. I was avoided all the way around. Not sure why but just wanted to know where my order was. I would not waste your time on her or her work. Sorry.

Did not come with a straw as stated. Contacted seller with no response. Cup is nice but pointless for my child without a straw, so just wasted money

Did not receive. Said sent back to sender...idk why...waiting for response from seller..😣
