The towels look great, but the monograms were completely wrong. When I inquired, the response was basically that I hadn't read the instructions and entered them in wrong. There was no indication that they were willing to work with me to get a useable product. So I am stuck with towels that I can't give to anyone. I didn't expect a free replacement, but I would have appreciated some better service and a willingness to help me reorder to get them corrected.

I love the towels! However, I ordered 4, and only received 3. I am still waiting to hear back from the shipper to fix the problem.

Read the fine print thoroughly. I’m very dissatisfied with my purchase and was offered no help by the seller.

I was trying to give this seller an opportunity to apologize for the unfinished golf towels.. but no response to the email with pictures of the unfinished golf towels..No high star rating for them. 🙃

I told them how I wanted the towel done and I got some dumb looking thing back.

The stitching wasn't tight enough on the monogram so it looked more striped than solid.

Poorly done stitching with many gaps between the thread.

Very disappointed..did not receive it the way I ordered. Left message & they haven't got back with me.

Did not understand how to enter initials and they were printed incorrect. The middle name initial(D) was printed larger instead of last name initial (R).

Its really thin, and short!!!!!I was so excited.i wanted to give it to my uncle on fathers Fathers day!!Hes closet thing to a father i have !!i wanted to give him something i was proud of!!Im so disappointed!!I
