Horrible customer service. My order didn't ship until a month after it said it would. When I did receive it, there was no straw. I then contacted them to see if I could get one sent to me, I finally talked to them after 3 weeks of trying to get in contact with them. They said they would send me a straw, cool thanks! After 2 weeks going by and not recieving one, I emailed them again to see if I was going to get one sent or should I just go buy one. They said they sent one just forgot to apply a tracking number and that they'd send another. I get an email showing that they sent one, just not to me. Anyways, over this company, never again.
I received this today! I ordered hot pink with grey thread and it is SO adorable! I can't wait to see my daughter wearing it. It IS as pictured and it came really quickly.
