This seller has amazing customer service. I ordered two cuddlers. One for a friend who just had a baby and one for my daughter. The one I had ordered for my daughter was the last one but it was damaged. The seller emailed me right away to tell me and offered other options. I will definitely do business again with this seller. Bought these as a Christmas gift for my twin girls. I got the pink fox and the mint jelly fish. The pink fox is very snuggly and soft. The Jelly fish is very cute and unique.

The product looks wonderful but one of the straps is breaking at the top seam. I have emailed the company twice in 10 days and have received no response. I included pictures of the damaged product in the emails hoping for a response. That was the way the backpack was received out of the package. We start school full time next week and I will probably have to purchase her a new backpack after the first week. I tried sewing the strap back on but hand sewn is not going to be strong enough to hold it. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I was more disappointed I haven't heard back from them.
