I have still not received this item despite ordering it for my daughter's bday which is tomorrow, 9/24 and I ordered this item the beginning of Sept. and it states it shipped on 9/11. I have still not received this item on 9/23 and I was counting on this as one of my presents. This is disappointing to order an item that you cannot count on to receive and this is poor customer service for this item to take this long to arrive.

I was charged immediately but still not received my 4 sweatshirts which I ordered on September 8! I need this for Birthday Get-Together this weekend and they have not responded to my email requests. If there was a problem, they should have notified me and refunded by now.
