Extremely disappointed with not receiving in time for Christmas. Tracking information was generated on 12/13, though item was not shipped until 12/21. This is not the first item I have ordered from Little Jonesies and I will order again, though will think twice for a holiday themed piece. Their quality is great and I am sure this item will not disappoint. I am just extremely disappointed to not be able to wear it for an entire year, when it was ordered in time for the holiday.

Bought them fir friends and they love them

I ordered this item to wear on Christmas Eve for a pj get together. I ordered this on the 5th of December and it had still yet to ship out on the 15th of Dec. I then received a notification that it had been shipped. But was unable to track it, and there was no ETA. I reached out to Customer Service who I formed me that it never shipped, and that it had a defect and the seller wasn’t making anymore till after Christmas. They even had the audacity to ask me if I was sure about cancelling my order. Overall this was a terrible experience, and I was very disappointed. As I was referred to this website by many people. Had I have know I would have purchased somewhere else.
