So cute! I bought these for my 12 year old daughter to give to friends. She loves the concept. They were done very well. I’m sure they’ll brighten up many days for her friends.
I thought these were hair bands - my fault for not reading ha! So know what you are buying is like a pony tail holder. They are good quality & super cute!
