I ordered 3 sets of hair ties and only received 2 of them. I have emailed and sent a message through Jane.com but still no response!! UPDATE.... the owner emailed me back to apologize and then sent me the rest of my order. She emailed me again to make sure it was delivered. Much happier that I got a response and quick delivery of the remaining part of my order. Thank you!
