This customer was contacted multiple times and even though all emails were successfully delivered and opened according to tracking software, she chose not to respond for several weeks. Once we heard back from her, she stated that the items were "OK". She stated she bought it to hold her lip gloss and was disappointed when it didn't fit. Our LippyClip™ is a lip balm holder, which perfectly holds Chapstick, Blistex, Burt's Bees, Carmex, etc, not lip gloss. When this customer put the Chapstick in the LippyClip™, it fit perfectly. However, she chose not to update her review even though the item was as described.
