Received different size than what I ordered. Company will not assist unless I pay the return shipping costs. Beware of this company.
Hello- we are sorry for any confusion but you ordered a youth medium and received a youth medium. We are always happy to exchange the tee if it doesn’t fit. We do provide specific measurements of each size and recommends comparing it to a size tee that the person likes the fit of.
The quality of the T-shirt and the screen print is great; but these run SMALL. I ordered the adult small as a gift for my 5th grade niece and it barely fits. Size up!
The description on the site says a youth Large is a 10/12. However, the tees I received are a youth Large 14/16. I would not have placed a order if I knew product I was receiving did not match the description. Will not order again from this site.
Hello- the manufacturer just started putting the sizes on the tag and we feel they are not correct which is why we changed the suggested sizing in our size guide. You ordered a Youth Large which runs like a 10/12 for unisex tees in measurements. Most important does the tee fit your child with leaving some room for shrinkage since it has cotton in it and will shrink in the wash? We try to guide our customers the best we can with looking at the shirts, measuring and comparing to other brands for the best fit when ordering. This t is amazing. Soft, launders well, and fits true to size.
Super cute, but I wish these were printed on instead of vinyl. Only downside though. Other than that, it’s great!
