The letters were stuck together & crinkled. I washed it but still no. Had to use my steamer to get out. Haven't washed again to see if this will be an overtime issue.

It sounds like your tee had rough shipping. The pushing and pulling that happens within the postal service is horrible..and the heat doesn't help either. There is an easy fix! Just take an iron to the back of your tee so it doesn't touch the design (Don't Use Steam) this should smooth it out!
