Hi! I'm so sorry you never received your order. We have filed a claim with the post office for packages that have been lost. I will get your order re-processed and re-shipped and when I have it sent out I will send you a new tracking number. This is not normal at all but we have no way of controlling the post office once packages leave us. We will make sure you get your order.
