Love my “Foolish Mortals” purple t-shirt. Would rebuy or recommend.

I ordered the sweatshirt exactly as the picture has it listed (black sweatshirt with the colorful gnomes holding the lights) and when it arrived, the colors are faded into the black of the sweatshirt and are not, even remotely, vibrant as the picture shows. It was a disappointment to wait a month for this to arrive and then for it to not even be aesthetically pleasing.

this is so comfortable and good quality and warm. I had questions and emailed the company, and they responded right away and were very kind and professional!

I ordered this sweatshirt on November 15, and it was supposed to ship by November 23. A tracking number was generated around that date, but by December 3, it still hadn’t actually shipped. I sent an email and received a response on the 5th blaming the postal service. It actually shipped the 7th. I received it yesterday (12/12). Not only was it not what I ordered, it had what looks like a visible pen mark on it. Even though it wasn’t what I ordered, it was still cute, so I tried to make the best of the situation and wash it, since I would obviously not be able to receive what I actually ordered by Christmas. I have treated and washed it 3 times since I received it yesterday, and the mark is still not all the way out. I emailed the person who responded to my initial email, but I have not received a response yet.

Shipping was slower than expected. I’m also disappointed in the image quality. We purchased these as a school wide team. Some of our shirts are better than others. Mine is poor quality. The design is made with a plastic looking vinyl. Also in the image there were suppose to be snowflakes. My shirt has no flakes

The worse customer service experience I have had in my life. I ordered this nov 16 for a gift exchange I had on dec 6th and it said it would ship by the 22nd. When it has not on 28th I reached out. I heard back from them on the 29th about issues they were having with production and asked if I needed by a certain day. They then guaranteed I would have by the 6th. I emailed them on the 3rd and 4th when it had still not shipped. I was told on the 5th it was shipping that day; I asked them to overnight it to receive it by the day they guaranteed - they refused and did not even ship it that day. They told me again on the 6th it was going to ship that day, but it did not. They did not even ship it until the 8th -AFTER I had already had to scram to find another gift- and refused to refund me.

We get great responses when we wear these.
