I ordered this shirt around November 20th and it shipped on the 21st and was expected the 24th for delivery By December 1st I got a message it would be late. I asked the seller for help and they replied that I should have expected delays and ordered my item further in advance if I had expected it before Christmas I expected it the week of the delivery date they provided. I have asked for a refund and no one replies. I feel ripped off. . .

We are truly sorry with the delays with USPS. They are overwhelmed as we explained and packages are getting delivered. I just looked at your tracking and the scan is showing movement as of 12/17. I understand how frustrating this is. I only show 1 email from you, which we replied to and it did not ask for a refund. Maybe this was another order you are referring to on Jane?
