This item is from a third party -- NOT Jane. It is considered "custom" so it is non-returnable. Vinyl decal was wrinkled and didn't lay flat.

Hi there! Jane is selling platform for different boutique sellers. If you look at each deal they are all from different sellers and the name of the seller is included on each deal posted on Jane. Limeberry Design is just one of hundreds of sellers on Jane. It sounds like your tee had rough shipping. We wish we could control the smashing and pulling that takes place within the postal service, but unfortunately we can't. If you take a hot iron (NO STEAM) to the back of your tee it will flatten it right out. Enjoy your cute tee!

Super cute shirt and true to size. My only disappointment was that I zoomed in on the tags in the shirts in the photos and it showed these were Bella Canvas brand but when I received it found that it wasn't, so it wasn't as soft as I had expected.
