The product came 5 or more weeks after ordered. I was being asked to pay for shipping to return or not get my refund. I do not recommend this company. Customer service is lacking. Sorry.

We are sorry about the delays with USPS during the holidays and could not have foreseen the delays with covid and holiday orders that they had. We shipped your order within 2 days of ordering. Jane's policy is for customers to pay for return shipping unless product is damaged and we abide by their policy.

The sweatshirt was fantastic upon arrival Unfortunately, after one wash, following the recommended instructions, the sweatshirt shrank but not the graphic This caused the graphic to be warped/wrinkled, making the sweatshirt look sloppy Really only suitable to wear around the house now
