This did take a very long time to receive, but it was not seller’s fault. It was held up with the Christmas/Covid post office backlog. The shirt itself is very soft, fits well, and comfortable. Would definitely buy another shirt like this!

The product came 5 or more weeks after ordered. I was being asked to pay for shipping to return or not get my refund. I do not recommend this company. Customer service is lacking. Sorry.

We are sorry about the delays with USPS during the holidays and could not have foreseen the delays with covid and holiday orders that they had. We shipped your order within 2 days of ordering. Jane's policy is for customers to pay for return shipping unless product is damaged and we abide by their policy.
