This product is very cheap looking in person. It's an iron on and crinkly. The hearts crack and do not stay smooth. I noticed right away when my package came and I tried sending this t-shirt back for a refund. The seller does not allow refunds. Horrible customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER!

We do not use iron ons for our designs. The wrinkles in the design can happen while it is intransit and can easily be ironed out from the backside of the tee (NO STEAM.) Our graphic tees are not eligible for a return/refund per our policy and Jane's policy as they are custom and made to order. Please be sure to check Jane's Return/Refund/Exchange policy in their Help & Support section of their website before purchasing. This states all items on their site that are not eligible for a return. Thanks! Enjoy your cute tee!
