Horrible customer service! Took over 21 days to receive a tshirt! I ordered a black tank and received heather grey!!! They refused to admit any fault on their part (saying colors vary?????? Ummmm black and heather grey are two different colors) and wouldn’t pay for the return! DEFINITELY don’t recommend!!! It will take a month to get your order and it will be wrong! Buyer beware!

I’m so sorry you are disappointed. We are happy to return your coverup if you’d like to return. We are sorry that the post office took awhile to deliver your order but we did ship this well before the ship by date. Your dress was Heather black that is a lighter almost charcoal color that is what you ordered. I’m sorry for any misunderstanding.

Fourth Of July Muscle Tanks

Tank top is very nice and soft. However, the design is vinyl which I did not see in the description. Not sure if the shirt was wrinkled when design was ironed on or if the transfer was wrinkled, but there is a big crease through the middle of the heart and the bottom point of the heart is “bunched” up. I just realized my daughter could have done a better job on her Cricut and it would have been much cheaper.

Hi! We don't use vinyl for our graphic tees, we use a high quality plastisol ink that will last for years to come even after many washes. It sounds like your tank had rough shipping. We wish we had control over the post office once packages leave us, but unfortunately we don't. We can't control all of the pushing, pulling and smashing that happens when packages move through the postal service. There is a quick fix! Take a hot iron to the back so it doesn't touch the design (NO STEAM) and it will flatten out the design. Easy peasy! Enjoy your cute tank!
