Hi there! You did reach out and we did receive your message. The design you chose was Black and you ordered a Black tee. The design would not have shown up. In the Details section of the deal you purchased from on Jane it states: Designs come as shown, please be mindful of the colors of the designs when picking your shirt color. Some colors will not look good together, for example, a design with black will not show on a dark tee (black, charcoal, or navy), or a light design will not show on a light tee. We cannot change the design colors and will substitute the color of the tee. We sent exchange instructions if you want to exchange for a different color within 14 days of receiving your order. Thanks!
