I honestly feel like my money was stolen from me & this company is trying to justify it by referencing the details section of their listing that is not at all clear. It allowed me to purchase a black shirt with the design I wanted but I was sent a grey shirt instead. I contacted them & was told sometimes the colors customers choose don’t look good & so they substitute it with a different color shirt. (What!?) I’ve never heard of something like this. I was told the design I chose would not show up on black. However my design included red & white that would have definitely shown up. I wanted black for a reason & would never had paid for something different. This company says their details state they will substitute to make the shirts “cute” I think that’s a matter of opinion & we should not have the option of choosing & paying for something they refuse to make. You can write anything you want to in the details of a listing but just because it’s supposedly there - doesn’t make it right. I can sell TVs & collect 1k per order & put in the details that I will randomly send some people pillows instead but that doesn’t justify doing the wrong thing. Their details are not at all clear but beware you may get something different than you are expecting. They now request I send them $$ via PayPal & complete a long process for the shirt I ordered & paid for already. As if I will trust them a second time. Now I have a shirt I will not use & they have my money they refuse to refund. In the event this company decides to do the right thing & send me the correct shirt or a refund, I will be happy to amend my review to reflect that.

Hi there! The black tee was offered as there were other designs in the deal that look great on a black tee. Jane's platform does not allow tee colors in each deal to not be available for certain designs. This is why we state it in the Details section of the deal on Jane. The design you chose was a Black Mickey mouse head with a red bow. All that would have shown up was the red bow. We will never press a black design on a Black, Navy, Charcoal (or any other dark tee where the design will not show up) We would be happy to exchange your tee for the Black tee you chose which was explained, even though you won't be able to see the design and exchange instructions were sent.
